At Lavender, Inc., we provide full Industrial Civil and Site services. We have the Capabilities to manage all sizes of Turn Key Industrial projects from the Ground up. We work with many customers beginning with the budgeting phase through project completion providing input early on to ensure the Job is under Budget and ahead of Schedule.

We provide full industrial construction services. We have the capabilities to manage all size industrial projects from the ground up. Depending on project scope and size, we have in house underground utility, site work, concrete, structural steel, and mechanical crews which in most cases allows us to have total control over the project without relying on subcontractors. With our in-house project management staff we also provide more traditional General Contracting services with subcontracted trades as needed.  We work with many customers beginning with the budgeting phase through project completion providing input early on to ensure the best possible final product.

Let us provide all of your crane and rigging needs. With our Fleet of Cranes from 55 ton Rough Terrain, to 9 ton Carry Deck, and the ability to provide up to 300 Ton, Safety is our Number One Priority with All of our Operators are CIC Certified.

We are proud to announce we have added Scaffolding to our Line of Services in 2017. We provide small to medium  Scaffolds to better serve our Customers in the Pulp and Paper, Refinery, Chemical, Food, and Automotive Sectors.
