We are capable of managing many different project sizes from daily maintenance and routine repairs to large turn-key industrial construction projects.
We have a full team of in house support to meet the needs of each individual project including superintendents with over 40 years of experience with Lavender, Inc., as well as experienced engineers, quality control department, drafting and design department, and project management staff who handle scheduling and oversee our projects.
We are also known for the quality of work by clients within these industries during their shutdowns and outages. Our fabrication shop includes a plasma table, multiple overhead cranes up to 25 ton, an extensive machine shop, metal forming equipment, and welding equipment for all welding processes.
We are also proud of the fact that we are a proven “drug free” company by the State of Alabama.

All of our welders are qualified to ASME Section IX standards, and we maintain continuity on all of them ensuring that they remain qualified and in good practice. Our QUALIFICATIONS
Boilers and Heat Exchangers
We have been repairing Boilers and building pressure vessels since 1992 giving us an extensive knowledge and skill. Our weld procedures cover all types of metals including but not limited to Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex, Titanium, Alloy 20, Hastelloy, Inconel, and Chrome. Our program is required to be strenuous in order to maintain compliance with ASME, and our QC Managers maintain records as well as verifying Dimensional Accuracy.
Pressure Piping
We produce AMSE coded Pressure Vessels and API 650 Tanks at our fabrication shop, but are also capable of building larger tanks on site.
We routinely perform API tank repairs per API 653 code.
ASME Code Shop
Lavender, Inc. is an ASME Code Shop with the “U”, “S”, “R” and “PP” stamps. Lavender, Inc. is a merit shop, in which our employment grows as needed to meet the increased demands of our customers throughout the country.
